Lockwood will attain his J.D. in May 2026, graduating a year early, and submitted for dean’s approval a petition for an international law certificate as well. Lockwood studied at the University of Cambridge, Leiden University and Webster University Geneva. He was a class representative in the Student Bar Association, a representative in the International Law Student Association and was selected in his second year to be a mentor to first-year law students for Critical Lawyering Skills. He’s currently serving in a legal externship, similar to a clerkship, under a supervising attorney that works on election integrity cases and employment law cases related to entities suppressing their workers under draconian COVID policies. 

 

Lockwood has served as a spokesperson for upward of 70 public figures, executive director of nonprofits, launching two national conservative organizations, state director for a conservative organization in D.C., and was a fellow at four national leading conservative think tanks. Lockwood also sat on the National Policy Board of Advisors for the conservative Heartland Institute. 

 

Lockwood graduated with a master’s degree from Georgetown University in public relations, the nation’s #1 program. Lockwood earned his bachelor’s degree in journalism at a state school in Colorado.
